First Day With Pictures


If you are like me, you've tried many diets. The weight leaves and revisits. You know you can do it but you just need a little motivation. I find myself looking through magazines for pictures of beautiful women to motivate me. I cut out pictures, look up transformations online and dream of getting that perfect body.

I'm at the point where I've had it. I want to get the body I have always dreamed of and I want it NOW.

Some basic rules I have started with:
- No eating 4 hours before bed
- Drink two glasses of water upon awakening
- Drink a cup of green tea after lunch
- No sugar, chips, fast food

Height: 5'6''
Weight: 132 lbs
Bust: 36
Chest: 29.5
Waist: 29.75
Hips: 36.25
Thighs: 22.25
Arms: 12.5
