Day 3: Diet and Exercise

8:00am - 1 glass water
9:45am - 1 c. non-fat yogurt with 1 c. mixed berries
11:00am - 1 banana + 1 glass green tea
12:30pm - Salad: Onions, Tofu, Corn, Okra, Spinach, Cottage Cheese, vinager
1 cup 1% chocolate milk
4:00pm - 1 c. low fat yogurt with splenda + 1 c. green tea
7:30pm - Sandwich with hummus and veggies, 1 c. strawberries
