Day 2: Diet and Exercise

6:30am - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1
7:00am - Kim Kardashian's 5 Minute Butt Blast

9:30am - 1 cup non fat yogurt with Splenda (90 cal) + 1 cup mixed berries (64 cal) = 154 cal

Noon - Salad: 1/2 c. edamame (100), 1 c. broccoli (70), 1 c. romaine, 1/4 c. corn (35), 1/4 c. kidney beans (60), 1/4 c. tofu (57) 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard, lemon and pepper = 322 cal

3:00pm - Apple (65 cal) with 10 almonds (70 cal) = 135 cal

7:00pm - Sandwich: Grilled Portabella (50), Whole Wheat (100), romaine, roasted garlic, tomato, onion, avocado (150) with 1/2 cup edamame (100 cal) = 400 cal

9:00pm - Nestle Fat Free Hot Chocolate (25 cal) = 25 cal
